Risk Assessment Services, Inc. (RAS) is committed to protecting the privacy and the personal identity information we may gather on individuals in the course of providing services for our clients.  We will treat this information as confidential, and we will restrict the use and disclosure of this information to the specific purpose for which it was gathered.  RAS will not sell or distribute this information to any third party unless specifically authorized in writing by the individual or as required by law. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

RAS will maintain the confidentiality of any nonpublic personal information or protected health information as defined by the provisions of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (Pub.L. 106-102, 15 U.S.C. 6802-3) ("GLB"), Section 262 of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, P.L. 104-191 ("HIPAA") and applicable state law.

All employees, agents, and independent contractors working on behalf of RAS will be required to hold all information in the strictest confidence and to abide by this policy.
